Filipina Actresses in Action

Although it has happened months ago, let me stipulate in this post my salute to the Filipina Actresses who has helped our countrymen during the natural catastrophe that enraged the Phlippines. We know them of being socialites and "fahionistas" but in times of troubles, they can can be depended on.

One of the early Filipina actresses who lend their hand was Kris Aquino. We all know that Kris is one of the most awarded and most sought after product endorsers. She made her call to her fellow actresses to give help and many heed her call. Not being contented by calling, Kris also step to the mud and distributed goods to all Filipinos she reached.

That act by Kris has changed my views about the Filipina actresses. I thought they were the baduy kind of people but with Kris, i salute most of them now.

Kris Aquino Cries Foul Over Pictures of Baby James

Kris Aquino is furious over the proliferation of the edited pictures of her son Baby James in the internet where Baby James was showing a dirty finger. This picture was actually in the net for a long time but it only gained prominence nowadays.

A lot of observers noted that this is just another dirty tactic of the political enemies of the Aquinos. Kris' brother NoyNoy Aquino is running for president in this election under the wing of Liberal Party.

But even if this is a smear political campaign against Noynoy, it is so sad that a two year old boy is being used here. In my opinion, instead that this will help the campaign of Noynoy's enemies, the people's sympathy will instead be focused to Noynoy since a child is the real victim here.
